Linvilla Orchards in Media remains one of the most popular orchards in the western suburbs and serves up some of tastiest apple cider in the state.
You can pick your own fruit in Linvilla’s orchards, then stop off at the farm shop for a hot cup of cider, or take some home in a jug for later.
Wolff’s Apple House in Media has jugs of cider from Weaver’s Orchard. Here you’ll find the freshest apples and farm products available in the western suburbs.
If you’re looking for alcoholic ciders, look for about a dozen cider offerings from Dressler Estate available in various farmers markets or by delivery.
Dressler Estate works with local orchards in southeast Pennsylvania to brew fine craft ciders.
Frecon Cidery uses farms from Boyertown but its ciders are sold at 17 different locations in the Philadelphia area.
