The Noble, a new 13-story, 360-unit residential tower on Spring Garden, recently celebrated its grand opening on June 27.

The new tower is part of a longstanding partnership between National Real Estate Advisors and Kushner Real Estate Group.

“This project is the first of a series of projects between Spring Garden Street and Callowhill Street,” said Daniel Killinger, President of National Real Estate Development, during the grand opening event. “It will be the first in a series of projects that will be a connector between these neighborhoods.”

He added that the new tower is largely inspired by Philadelphia’s vibrant arts and culture scene and the goal is to create a place where “individuality is encouraged, diversity is embraced, and personality is expressed.”

In addition to the one- and two-bedroom apartments, The Noble also features a 17,000-square-foot City Fitness, in which every resident gets a membership. There is also a heated pool with a deck, parking garage, bike room, 10,000-square-foot green space, and other amenities.
