A Top Pot & Korean BBQ is taking over the longtime location of an Olive Garden restaurant in Abington Township near the Willow Grove Park Mall, writes Dino Ciliberti for Patch.

The new restaurant has an all-you-can-eat, grill-at-your-table Korean barbecue and Chinese-style hot pot. 

Customers cook their food at the table with a simmering pot of soup stock or grilling meat with personalized dipping sauces., according to the Top Pot website. 

The restaurant also offers small side dishes to accompany the main hot pot or Korean BBQ meal.

Ingredients range from sliced pork, beef tongue, ribeye, chicken, salmon, and mussels to potatoes, corn, broccoli, seaweed knots and more.

The franchise has two locations in Ohio and one in Delran, New Jersey.

The Olive Garden has moved to 2402 Easton Road on Route 611 near the entrance to the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Upper Moreland Township. It is taking over the space of a former Brick House Tavern & Tap.

The Easton Road property was approved for redevelopment in 2022. The relocated Olive Garden, just over the Horsham Township border, joins one nearby in North Wales. The relocated restaurant is six miles from the closed location.
