Living with ADHD can present unique challenges when it comes to productivity and time management. Fortunately, advancements in technology have led to the development of various tools and apps designed to assist individuals with ADHD in overcoming obstacles.

Some of the areas for productivity tools might include focus, information capture, prioritization, routines, scheduling, task initiation and completion, task planning, time management, and transitions and some individuals may also seek support communities or coaching.
