Odin Properties has unveiled two new properties in Germantown.

Odin Properties, the Philadelphia-based leading real estate company, has unveiled its latest additions to its portfolio.

On December 13, the company unveiled two new, transformative residential developments in the city’s Germantown neighborhood – Kenyon Lofts and Vernon Lofts.

Both developments are 47-unit projects.

“We’re really excited to deliver these apartments,” said Philip Balderston, founder and CEO of Odin Properties, during the ribbon-cutting event.

Kenyon Lofts is a 45,000-square-foot ground-up development that includes studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom units, as well as a roof deck.

Vernon Lofts is a 77,000-square-foot historic preservation project that maintains the iconic landmark building that previously served as the home of C.A. Rowell – the first black-owned department store in the nation, which had been vacant for decades.

Odin Properties prides itself on being a value-oriented real estate developer.

“All the units between these two developments are at attainable, value-oriented price points with really beautiful fixtures and finishes,” said Baldston.

Odin has been investing in Germantown for about a decade now, and these two developments mark the first ground-up projects the company has developed in the neighborhood.

“We think it’s a great neighborhood for us because of its history, because of its people, because of its thriving small businesses, and of course, because of location,” he added.
