Regional Maintenance Coordinator (Plymouth Meeting)
This position will coordinate implementation and execution of regional business plan initiatives; plan, coordinate, and direct clerical employees to assure the highest levels of customer service and to achieve safety, reliability, and productivity goals; and develop regional work down plans for emergent and scheduled work backlogs. He/she will act as the region point of contact for resolution of escalated complaints, including coordination for both internal and external stakeholders, as well as coordinate regional key performance indicator analysis, forecast, and identify corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and four to seven years of experience in various engineering, construction, or operating assignments (or six to nine years of industry experience without a degree). He/she will have demonstrated knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and environmental and regulatory compliance; proven leadership ability in a high-performance, results-driven culture; and the demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively, and foster culture change.

Contractor Liaison (Berwyn)
This position will process all service requests for new residential/commercial construction, upgrades, demolitions, etc.; initiate and track these requests in CIMS and Passport; process and schedule service installations for electric, via builder requests; and prepare and track service and street light contracts. He/she will provide support for Design and Construction Consultants; provide a single point of contact for builders and customers; maintain files for each project.
The ideal candidate will possess an associate’s degree in Engineering or business-related field with a minimum of one year experience in a customer contact role (or a high school diploma with a minimum of three years of experience). He/she will have demonstrated excellent telephone and written communication skills; literacy in CIMS or related customer management system; and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Access.

Manager of Distribution Standards (Philadelphia)
This position manages the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic initiatives designed to assure the highest levels of customer services and to achieve the company’s safety, reliability, and performance goals. He/she will provide direction on core philosophies to the company; make decisions on key business activities; manage the overall budget of reliability initiatives; and establish and monitor corporate business plans and business unit objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and seven to 10 years of industry experience; broad knowledge of company, department policies, objectives, strategies, and goals; good oral and written communication skills; and the ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, and multi-task.
