Thomas Jefferson University Hospital will celebrate the unveiling of the Wall of Hope mural and display at its Intensive Care Nursery this morning.

Thomas Jefferson University Hospital on S 11th Street in Center City is getting ready to celebrate the unveiling of the Wall of Hope mural and display in its Intensive Care Nursery.

The celebration will take place today, September 1, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Intensive Care Nursery on the 8th Floor of the Foerderer Pavilion.

The Wall of Hope mural honors and celebrates NICU graduates and aims to provide inspiration and hope to current patients and families. It was painted by muralist Chris B. Murray and includes photos and stories of former patients at the Intensive Care Nursery.

The mural was made possible thanks to donations provided by the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority.

Among the guests at the celebration will be Murray, former Intensive Care Nursery patients with their families, Intensive Care Nursery staff, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital leadership, and members of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority.
