The company was founded in 2019 in New York and sales have been doubling month over month. In 2022, the couple decided to move their business to Philadelphia‘s Bridesburg section, where they have spent a year rooting themselves in the community.

Now, their goal is to grow their business, which is currently available through several online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, FreshDirect, and wholesaler Faire

They are focusing their growth push on adding more retail partners and wholesale distributors, especially for national co-ops. The business is also eyeing restaurants and country clubs as well as pursuing possible distribution options in Europe. On top of that, they want to add new products.

In addition to providing spices, their packaging includes a shopping list for a meal and a QR code that leads users to the recipe and video demonstrations.

“We want to dispel the myth that [preparing Indian food] has to be challenging,” said Walsh.
