The Forum of Executive Women has named Colleen Vallen, Senior Vice President, Forensic Services at J.A. Montgomery Consulting, as its new Board Chair and announced its 2023-2024 slate of Board members.

Vallen succeeds Katherine Kelton, Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Global Regulatory at Vault Health, who was instrumental in helping the Forum grow to over 600 members during her tenure.

She achieved that by focusing on new members, increasing advocacy efforts, and measuring the impact of Forum membership.

Kelton also launched an Arts and Cultural Programming Series.

“This will be an exciting year for The Forum of Executive Women,” said Vallen.

Vallen has more than 25 years of forensic accounting experience and is an expert in her field. She already has big plans for the organization.

“As we look ahead to our 50th year, I will strive to develop and implement processes and procedures needed for this journey; to connect with current and new sponsors who can partner with us on this journey; and to make sure we have the resources available to seize the opportunities ahead of us that will drive change, enhance growth and strengthen our community,” she said.
