Brandywine Realty Trust is ready to welcome first renters to its second “vertical neighborhood,” Avira at Schuylkill Yards, writes Sandy Smith for the Philadelphia Magazine.

The residential/office/commercial building at 3025 JFK Boulevard in the University City section offers great amenities in a convenient location.

The lower floors of the building are offices, while the upper floors are made up of studio to three-bedroom luxury apartments. In between is an amenity floor that is available both to workers and residents.

This includes a co-working space, fitness club, yoga studio, game room, lounge, and bar.
